Built by someone who knows how it breaks.

Armour Innovation builds websites and runs the systems behind them for Arizona businesses.

An empty small-business office in early morning light, with one monitor switched on.

Two services. One person accountable.

Most businesses buy their website from one vendor and their IT from another, then spend their own time carrying messages between them. That gap is where things sit broken for a week.

Websites and web apps

Fast, standards-based pages you own outright. The code, the domain, and the hosting account are registered in your business name, so leaving is always an option you have.

  • Marketing sites and booking flows
  • Rebuilds and platform migrations
  • Hosting, domains, and SSL
  • Analytics and search setup

IT and systems

The layer underneath: who can log into what, where the data lives, and whether you could actually restore it on the day you need to. Most businesses find out the answer to that last one too late.

  • Network, Wi-Fi, and firewall setup
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Backups, tested on a schedule
  • Onboarding and offboarding

We design for the bad day.

Anyone can build something that works when every input is correct and nothing is under load. That is the easy half. The question worth paying for is what your system does when a customer mistypes a card number, a laptop walks out of the office, or a vendor account gets reused.

We plan for those cases before they are incidents, because fixing them afterwards costs more and always arrives at a worse moment.

You keep control

  • Domains and hosting in your business name
  • Administrator access you hold, not us
  • No proprietary platform lock-in
  • Your data exportable on request

Written down

  • What was built and why
  • How it is configured
  • What breaks first under stress
  • What to do when it does

Priced up front

  • Fixed quote before work starts
  • Scope changes quoted separately
  • No hourly surprises
  • Month to month, no lock-in

How a project runs.

Talk

A call to find out what you have, what keeps failing, and roughly what it costs to fix. You get a straight answer even if that answer is that you do not need us.

Scope

The work, the timeline, and the price on one page, agreed in writing before anything is touched.

Maintain

Most clients stay on monthly, so the person who built the thing is the person who keeps it running.

Two ways to engage.

Fixed-price project

For work with a defined end: a new site, a migration, an office move, a network rebuild.

  • Scope and price agreed before starting
  • Handover documentation included
  • Changes quoted, never assumed

Monthly support

For the part that never ends: someone who already knows your setup and answers the phone.

  • Set support hours each month
  • Patching, backup checks, site updates
  • Cancel with 30 days notice

Questions worth asking.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep everything. The domain, the hosting account, and the administrator credentials are in your business name from day one, and the documentation goes with you. Nothing here is designed to make leaving expensive.

Do you charge for the first conversation?

No. The first call exists so both of us can find out whether this is a fit. If your problem is outside what we do well, you will be told that on the call rather than three weeks into an invoice.

Our current site was built by someone we cannot reach.

That is a common starting point. The first step is establishing what you actually control: the domain registrar, the hosting, the DNS. Recovering those is usually possible, and it is worth doing before anything gets rebuilt.

Are you big enough to handle our business?

For a business of roughly five to fifty people, yes. Above that, or if you need staffed coverage around the clock, you need a larger provider and you will be told so.

Tell us what is breaking.
